As a company we take a great amount of pride in the work that we do and the service that we provide. We aim to carry out all jobs to the highest level of professional excellence and in order to achieve this, our staff receive adequate, up to date training and are our aware and respectful of our company values.
We aim to treat all customers with respect and carry out all jobs as efficiently as we can. We are regulated by Hetas meaning that we must abide by and adhere to all of their rules and regulations; but as an individual company we value:
- Honesty – we highly value honesty and quote all of our jobs in a fair and honest manner. We do not upsell products and services; we believe that jobs should be quoted based exactly on the requirements of the customer where possible to best suit the personal style and budget of the customer.
- Safety – the safety of our customers, staff and members of the public is paramount; our staff adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and as a whole company we have our own insurances. Our installers work in the safest way possible and take time with their jobs to ensure that safety is always obtained.
- Sustainability – We aim to work as sustainably as we can and are aware of environmental impacts. We have ranges of environmentally friendly appliances and try to promote these where we can; all of the products and appliances that we sell are all UK sourced.
- Professional excellence – We believe that a job should be carried out to the highest standard that is physically achievable. None of our jobs are carried out on a time scale or are subject to any deadlines, unless set by the customer, in which case we will always advise where we believe the deadline to be unachievable. An installer will not leave the job until they believe it to be finished to the best of their ability.
